Aditi and her Friends help the Budapest Changeling

Siril the ant finds himself bobbing in his matchbox on a river. Where is he? And how did he get there? With him is a little creature who keeps changing – into whatever anyone thinks she is. Beautiful doesn’t quite like her, but when the elephant is captured by the Old Woman Who Lives in a Shoe, it is the strange little Changeling who comes to her rescue.

Aditi and her friends are drawn into adventure in the charming city of Budapest in Hungary, where the two dragons hold a spectacular fire and water show on the River Danube. The Changeling is tired of changing with others’ thoughts, and as the adventurers help her discover who she really is, the author slips in quiet questions about identity and perception.
